To Our Valued Clients:
Following recommendations from the CDC and WSVMA, we will be limiting our appointments. Our priority will be on sick and injured pets during this time which may limit our ability to immediately take appointments for routine or wellness visits, as well as basic maintenance appointments such as nail trims and anal glands. Please call ahead to schedule all visits. To limit everyone’s exposure, we ask that if your pet does not require immediate care that you allow us to schedule your visit for a later time.
We are implementing new protocols to maximize the safety of our clients, patients and staff:
Clients will be asked not to enter the building, but to call the office when they arrive at our parking lot. A team member will come out to greet you and admit your pet for their visit.
Please refrain from ‘walk in’ visits. We are operating on an appointment basis at this time to help limit our client’s and staff’s exposure level.
