A large green, cloud-like shape against a white background resembles the calming aura in a veterinarian's clinic.

We built Cara because we believe in a different approach to veterinary medicine. One that is all about connection. We are driven by a belief and excitement in helping humanity. Pets are such an integral part of that. They mean so much to us. They change our lives, touch our hearts, and even teach us how to be better people.

Many of our team members have a core memory of wanting to save an animal as a child. That has shaped who they have become. We will protect that flame. We invest in you. With training, education, benefits, and mentorship. With support, teamwork, and an unflinchable belief in you. With everything we do, we will empower you to change the lives of people and pets. And we'll help you make your inner child proud.

Although our business is growing, we retain the attitude and spirit of a neighborhood vet. We get to know our clients' families and are proud to play an active role in our local communities.

Good neighbors.

05

We are always looking for a better way. In an industry that hasn't seen a lot of innovation, we are experimenting with new ways of delivering care, delighting customers, and infusing our hospitals with fresh ideas.

Shake things up.

As part of the Cara Veterinary Family, our practice operates from five core principles, or "pillars".

Our Pillars

A happy dog and a relaxed cat are lying together on the grass, like perfect patients approved by their vet. The dog smiles with its mouth open, while the cat looks content and calm, nestled against the dog. Sunlight filters through the leaves around them. A bearded veterinarian gently hugs a contented gray tabby cat, resting his face against the cat's head. The cat's eyes are half-closed, and both appear to be in a calm and affectionate moment. A fluffy golden retriever and a gray and white cat with an orange collar share a tender moment on the floor, gently nuzzling each other's heads—a scene that could warm any veterinarian's heart—against a soft, blurred background. A small dog joyfully jumps and flips through fallen autumn leaves on a forest path, scattering them into the air. The background is a sunlit woodland setting with a serene atmosphere, reminding one to cherish these healthy, playful moments ensured by regular veterinarian visits. A small Yorkshire Terrier dog rests on a veterinarian's shoulder. The person wears a blue shirt and a stethoscope is visible around their neck. The dog has long, silky fur and appears content. The background is softly lit, suggesting an indoor setting. A teal heart-shaped emblem with a rounded appearance on a white background conveys compassion and care, making it an ideal symbol for a veterinarian's practice.

Shake things up

A fluffy brown dog and a gray tabby cat snuggle affectionately inside a heart-shaped frame, like the perfect picture you'd find at a caring vet's office. The cat is nuzzling the dog's nose, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. A person cuddles a relaxed tabby cat, both enclosed in a heart-shaped frame. The veterinarian gently nuzzles the cat's head, creating an image that conveys warmth and affection. The cat looks content with its eyes half-closed, basking in the tender care of its trusted vet. A small, fluffy dog is held by a veterinarian in a blue shirt, partially seen from behind. The dog's head peeks over the person's shoulder, with a stethoscope around their neck. The image is framed in a heart shape. A happy dog and a relaxed cat snuggle together on a green lawn, framed by a heart-shaped border. The dog is smiling with its tongue out, while the cat looks content with eyes half-closed—just the kind of scene any veterinarian loves to see! A small dog playfully kicks up leaves with its hind legs in a heart-shaped frame, reminiscent of visits to the veterinarian. The background is a blurred forest, filled with fallen autumn leaves scattered on the ground.

A vet in blue scrubs holds a fluffy white dog in one arm and a black and white cat in the other, a stethoscope hanging around their neck. A veterinarian in a green uniform and blue gloves carefully holds a gecko, examining it closely. The gecko has its eyes closed and appears calm. The blurred background sharpens the focus on the tender interaction between the vet and the reptile. A gray and white tabby kitten with wide eyes is being gently cradled in a veterinarian's arms. The vet is wearing a blue shirt, providing a comforting presence as the background softly blurs. A smiling pug lies on a veterinarian's examination table as the vet, dressed in a blue uniform and stethoscope, gently holds the dog. The background is a brightly lit veterinary clinic. A veterinarian in a white coat gently holds a green parrot with a red beak. The bird is perched on their hand, while a yellow stethoscope is draped around the vet's neck. The background remains a neutral shade, highlighting this harmonious moment between caregiver and creature.
