Love Knows No Species Exotics and pocket pets come in all shapes and sizes, and they deserve – just like more conventional pet companions – the best of care. At Village Veterinary Hospital, we gladly treat most exotic pets and their unique medical needs. Dr. Matt VanWinkle has a wide base of knowledge and is actively seeking more knowledge, every day. We recommend an annual wellness exam to ensure your exotic pet is healthy, and these exams give us a baseline for future reference in the event your pet ever falls ill. Annual exams also provide you with time with our veterinarians to answer all your health, behavior, environmental, and nutrition questions.

Green heart shapes in various sizes are scattered across a plain black background, evoking a minimalistic and modern vibe reminiscent of a vet's waiting room, where compassion and care unite seamlessly. A bearded dragon lizard sits calmly in the palms of a veterinarian’s hands. The lizard, with its spiky scales and rugged appearance, receives gentle attention from the vet, while the softly blurred background focuses solely on the magnificent creature.
